Managing a project is our strong suit. By this phase of project management, we've analyzed the bids and proposals and have established our team of strong and reliable partners, who will be ready to take on your project and bring it to life. We'll keep track of the project schedule, of the budgets and cashflow, mitigate pre-assessed risks and assist in awarding contracts using industry standard templates and customized templates. In the delivery process, the client can chose between a turnkey (GC) solution or a Consultant solution:
- Our GC solution offers the client total peace of mind. We steer the ship (worksite), while you sit back on a lounge chair and enjoy the scenery. When you choose a turnkey solution, we act as a General Contractor to your project. We oversee both financial and quality control aspects of the project. We coordinate everyone onsite, we purchase all materials and we contract all necessary trades to deliver your project. We assign a dedicated project manager to your project, who will be your main contact from start to finish and of course, we provide detailed progress reports to keep you informed. 

- Our consultant solution can apply to a client who wishes to allocate an internal resource to the project/worksite. That resource will need to keep a tight schedule between the trades, make sure materials and equipment orders are placed and delivered at the right time, oversee onsite safety, overview and consolidate project financials and so much more. The above tasks can represent a considerable amount of time and resources, especially to someone who isn't familiar with this industry, its legislation, codes and best practices.
